Watch D.O.G.S. (Dads of Great Students)

The Dads of Great Students WATCH D.O.G.S.® program is one of the nation’s largest and most respected school-based, family, and community engagement, organizations designed and developed by educators, experts and parent & guardian volunteers over more than two decades.

We help provide positive male role models for the students, demonstrating by our presence that education is important. Meanwhile, we provide extra sets of eyes and ears to enhance school security, reduce bullying and provide a greater sense of campus safety allowing students and teachers to focus on learning and instruction.

Interested in Volunteering? Don't forget to register (or re-register)!

Katy ISD’s Raptor safety protocol requires volunteers to register (or re-register) annually thus creating a new volunteer profile each year. Our 2023-2024 school year volunteer registration process launched on July 1. The link is included in the district’s PowerSchool student enrollment and is readily available via campus eNews and on district and campus websites.

Learn more about the Raptor Volunteer Initiative on the district’s website.
